Two Emanate Health Leaders Named "Women of Influence: Health Care" in Los Angeles

COVINA, Calif. ― Emanate Health Chief People Officer Angela Bernacki and Diane Martin, MBA, Emanate Health Chief Marketing & Communications Officer have been named among "Women of Influence: Health Care" in the region by the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ).
"These remarkable leaders play critical roles for our health care system now and during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic," said Emanate Health CEO Robert H. Curry. "Last year, Bernacki promoted our employee culture and values to rally our staff during the dark days of the pandemic, while Martin promoted transparency and distributed science-based information to our communities at a time when the airwaves were filled with misinformation."
Bernacki and Martin, chosen from among more than 100 women in health care throughout the region, were recognized for exceptional stewardship and achievement across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership as evidenced by the highest professional and ethical standards, and for contributions to the health and wellbeing of the Los Angeles community. Last year, Emanate Health Chief Nurse & Clinical Executive Melissa Howard and Jacqueline Bracy, MD, a practicing gynecologist and president of Emanate Health Medical Group (which is affiliated with Emanate Health), were named among the "Top Women Leaders in Healthcare" by LABJ.

She will continue to strengthen the health care system's Building Connections culture that allows staff to live its shared mission and values. Bernacki is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where she studied Business Administration and Human Resources management.
