Emanate Health Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation in Chino Relocating to West Covina

WEST COVINA, Calif. – Emanate Health Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation in Chino, which provides a full range of physical therapy services to its patients, has relocated to a modern facility in West Covina across from the Emergency Department at Queen of the Valley Hospital.
Emanate Health opened the new 3,164-square-foot clinic.
"The new facility will continue to provide the top-notch care that patients are accustomed to at the Chino location," said Dave Concepcion, Emanate Health Corporate Director, Physical and Occupational Therapy. "We are centralizing our resources in West Covina to better serve our patients and provide greater access to individuals in the San Gabriel Valley needing quality physical therapy care."
The new rehabilitation clinic will focus on sports medicine and physical therapy, and will be located on the ground floor of the Medical Arts Building I, located at 1135 S. Sunset Ave. Suite 101 in West Covina. The clinic will staff about a dozen people and treat up to 10 patients at any given time.
Emanate Health's physical therapy teams will treat patients with all types of physical impairments, functional limitations or disabilities. The physical therapy rehabilitation clinic will provide individualized therapy treatment sessions to restore, maintain and promote optimal physical function and independence. Comprehensive, individualized treatment programs include:

- Balance and fall prevention, vestibular rehabilitation

The Emanate Health Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation clinic is separate from the existing rehabilitation clinic that's already located at QVH. The hospital clinic will continue focus on occupational, speech, cardiac, pulmonary and rehabilitation therapy. Staff at the new clinic will divert patients to the correct location based on services needed and their payer source.
