Biography
Dr. Osborne has taught as an assistant clinical professor at the USC Department of Orthopedic Surgery and has co-authored scientific papers on spinal surgery. Respected by his peers, he has been elected and served as Chief of Surgery at Emanate Health (Queen of the Valley and Inter-Community Hospitals) and has been appointed to various hospital committees. He has served for many years as the team physician for Bishop Amat High School.
