Pre-Operative Orthopedic Clinic - Queen of the Valley Hospital
NOTE: This class is only for patients who have already been scheduled for a total joint surgery.
As part of our commitment to providing you with quality care as a patient of Citrus Valley Medical Center and Foothill Presbyterian Hospital, the nurses of the orthopedic units and the Population Health Community Team invite you to attend one of our Pre-Operative Orthopedic classes. Classes are offered at Queen of the Valley Hospital, Inter-Community Hospital and Foothill Presbyterian Hospital.
The purpose of this required class is to prepare you for surgery, teach you safe aftercare upon discharge and ensure your successful recovery. You will have an opportunity to meet some of the staff who will be caring for you during your hospital stay. We encourage you to bring a support person, family member or coach who will be assisting you at home during your recovery.
You only need to register for one class. To register, call 888.456.2847. Your health care team stresses the importance of attending this class to keep you well in body, mind, and spirit by providing you with quality health care services in a safe, compassionate environment.
The class will meet in Meeting Rooms 3 and 4, in the Regina McPartlin Education building which is located at the North side of campus. Visitors may park in the lot adjacent or the lot in back of the hospital.
