This class offers support from a certified lactation specialist to assist with latching a baby on breast, instructing mothers on various positions, how to tell if baby is receiving breast milk, and learning how to distinguish feeding cues.
This class is being held online due to COVID-19 safety restrictions.

Requirements
- You will need to pick up the reference book from the Family Birth & Newborn Center (FBNC) prior to the class. Please contact the Lactation Office at 626.851.2753 or the FBNC Administration Office at 626.851.2719 to schedule a pick up time.
- You will need to have a baby doll (any kind) on hand for the class.
