The Pre-Op Orthopedic class is held for people scheduled to have an elective joint replacement surgery on the hip, knee, or shoulder. This informative class is designed to provide general information about what to expect and how best to prepare for surgery in order to promote positive recovery experiences. Important topics include exercise, pain management and prevention of complications to ease anxiety and address frequently asked questions.
